🌟 Join Our Governing Body
– Make a Difference in Our School Community! 🌟 

As a result of a change in roles within the Elmley Castle School Governing Board, we are looking for a new Parent Governor to join our Governing Board at Elmley Castle C of E Primary School.  We encourage any parent who is interested in the school and its future to consider getting involved.  

Being a governor is a rewarding opportunity to help shape the future of our school. Governors work with school leaders to support and challenge the school, helping to ensure that every child receives the best possible education and start in their education journey. 

You do not need any special qualifications or previous experience, just an interest in the school, a commitment to improving outcomes for children, and a willingness to work as part of a team. Training and support will be provided. 

As a Parent Governor, you will have the chance to: 

• Help influence the strategic direction of the school 

• Support the school's continued development and success 

• Work as part of a team to support and challenge the school leadership 

• Gain valuable skills and experience 

No previous experience is needed – training and support will be provided.
